New korean drama that worthy to watch!!!

So lately, i am searching for new shows, movies or drama that worthy to watch. Today, i would like to recommend one of the korean drama that worth to watch for teenagers nowadays is the 橘子果醬 / Orange Marmalade

So basically, this korean drama is based on the internet comics series that the producer turn it into reality in drama. This story line based on a high school vampire girl and human boy that study in the same high school where romance story occur between them. Currently only two episode being released.

Here is the chinese subtitle for the drama site: http://www.maplestage.com/drama

If you guys are interested in the comics version, here you can go to.http://www.webtoons.com/en/romance/orange-marmalade/list?title_no=97

However, the story line may not be the same as the drama. I think the drama is better as compare to the comics. This is just my opinion.

Hope you guys can have a nice day with the drama. :)

Are You Ready to Start Up? 3 Tips Before You Launch

A founder can never be too prepared for launching their startup.

As a serial entrepreneur and the recent co-founder of Work Market, a New York City-based enterprise platform for hiring, I have been advising and founding startups for the past ten years. And let me tell you, being an entrepreneur isn't a cake walk.

Before you decide to take the plunge, make sure you are completely prepared for the peaks and valleys that come with being a founder. Here are a few things to keep in mind while you're weighing your options:

Get mentally prepared.
During your journey, you will experience the ups and downs of launching a startup -- one day you will think you can conquer the world, the next day you will question your mission. You will push through the highs and lows because you have to keep persevering on. And no one said it was easy.

Aside from a possible co-founder, you will be alone in doing it, as no one else in your life will understand. Your friends and family will question why you left the corporate world, and your former colleagues will tell you they don’t get your new idea. This emotional roller coaster isn't for everyone, and I have seen entrepreneurs crushed by it. Before you plunge into entrepreneurship, make sure you are mentally ready for the challenges. And remember it’s a long ride.

Prioritize your health.
Don't expect a cushy lifestyle as a founder. Think 18-hour days, seven days a week. This means not getting the sleep you need and pulling all-nighter after all-nighter, a regime that can be hard on your body.

Before you embark on this adventure, you really need to suss out if you can handle it. Take into consideration factors like will physical ailments prevent you from being 100 percent committed, will your startup be your only priority and do you have enough energy.

Be able to bankroll your startup.
If you think your startup will only succeed if you raise money, you may want to rethink your venture. You have to start out with the mindset of never raising money. Assume you won't make a salary for two years, that you are going to pay salaries for other people and don't forget to throw costs like rent and utilities into the equation.

Startups often fail because they run out of money and no one will give them more. My co-founder Jeff Leventhal and I have always been prepared to fund Work Market if we needed, but we have been fortunate to have investment partners like Mo Koyman of Spark Capital, Fred Wilson of Union Square Ventures and Jorday Levy of Softbank.

Yet, you can't assume someone will buy your vision from the start. If you are not prepared to fund yourself, your team and your company, you may not be ready to launch a startup.

And while being prepared is essential, keep in mind people want to help you succeed. There are plenty of social networks, meet-ups and founders group that offer support to a fellow traveler.

This journey is too hard to be truly done alone, and those of us who have been fortunate enough to have some success at it, will always help out. But be ready.

Are you a k-pop fans or korean drama or show fans?

Are you a k-pop fans or korean drama or show fans? I am actually as the korean shows fans instead of drama, recently there are a lot of show that appeared to be new show cast in the korean variety show such as SIXTEEN , My Little Television, Crime Scene Season 2 and so on..

Just want to share some of the korean shows that are worthy to watch......

1. Crime Scene- the shows that replicate the crime scene that happened before. The team need to play a role as one of the suspect and one of the suspect is the killer in the case. The team will together investigate and find the clue of the case that which will related to every suspect. The team need to figure out who is the killer based on the evidence that they find. This show is quite challenging as every suspect have the motive to kill in the case. It is interesting and nice show to be watch on.

2. Flower H4 - another shows that i will recommend to the audience. This shows is based on having 4 male actors that around the age of 70-80 years old travel around Europe by only backpack and limited of fund. They will have one young man that will help them to plan their trip around the Europe through. This shows is interesting as every grandpa actors have their unique characters and cute in expressing their love in the shows. This also reminds the young today to spend their time with the old ones while having free time and this shows does make good response from the society where the young one starts to bring their parents to travel as they able to do so.

3. 同床異夢 沒關係沒關係 Strange Bedfellows - this show do attract me a lot since the first trial test run before they really run the shows. This shows is regarding the problem faced by the teenagers nowadays and conflicted faced with the parents by the korean family. The intention of bringing up the issues in the shows is to solve the problem by the advise of the parent and children side. This is quite interesting as the camera will record the family daily routine in 24 hours and it will cut into 2 kind of perspective view such as the parent point and the children point. From there, people can analysis the reason of children acting in this way and how the response of the parent toward children that affect the children behavior and so on.

So that it for today !!! will recommend more shows or drama if i feel is interesting to share with!!! Thx !!!

Mainly watch the shows at http://www.maplestage.com/shows/kr/

Your body language shape who you are by Amy Cuddy (Ted Talks)

Ted talks, we always heard from people that ted talks is good and how the talks can spread the idea and how it affect you personally in life. Seriously, i do think some of the talks are quite interesting and kind of guiding you to become a better, creative and innovative people in life.

So basically, the first ted talks video that i heard was from amy cuddy that shares the title of your body language shape who you are. I think this is kind of important because sometimes we unconsciously will do the action that make yourself tiny or not confidence with yourself. So amy cuddy tell us that with some right posture, you can get your confidence easily, with some body language, you can expose yourself in the brighter way. This is kind of inspiration that people normally couldn't imagine of and how it will affect your whole life.
